You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a store credit.
Once items are returned, a store credit will appear in account within 10 business days.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Return postage will not be paid for by Hair Supplies Online unless the incorrect item is sent OR the item that was sent is faulty/damaged (proof will be needed)
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Once orders are placed you should expect to recieve your item with in 1 - 14 business days, depending on your location. If you have any questions about the delivery of your item, do not hesitate to contact the team via the Contact Us page.
Authority To Leave
If you are unsure whether or not you will be home to receive the parcel you can give us the Authority To Leave the parcel without a signature. PLEASE NOTE: If you have given Hair Supplies Online the Authority To Leave, and the parcel goes missing, it is not the responsibility of Hair Supplies Online to reimburse the customer for loss of goods.
Hair Supplies Online are not responsible for any shipping costs that must be paid once the order has left Australia. Any payment(s) required to customs or any other organization is to be paid for by the buyer. This includes but is not limited to shipping tax, importation tax, customs clearance.
IMPORTANT: Due to the fact that Hair Supplies Online uses a courier service, it is highly recommended that the address you provide is one where a signature can be given at any time throughout business hours. If the courier tries to deliver your parcel and nobody is able to sign for it, they will leave a calling card for you to call and organize a date the parcel can be re-delivered. Upon this point, it is solely up to the customer to organize with the courier.
Hair Supplies Online prefer to not deliver to PO Box - When possible, please use a residential or business address. This is to ensure a safe, efficient delivery of your item.
